Stony Brook, New York, USA -- inGenious Targeting Laboratory (iTL) launched a new website today, www.genetargeting.com, marking the first release of its brand and priorities for the new decade. In the 12th year of business, iTL continues it's focus and commitment to delivering an exceptional service and client experience through every client interaction.
“We will always be ready to answer the phone with a friendly greeting to our clients,” states Paul Sheiffele, President and COO of the company. “but providing a web portal to information and resources that our clients find useful and can use to communicate with us is a growing point of value.” The launch of the new website is the first step in a series of improvements. Subsequent work will aim to incorporate and build out new content and tools which are helpful and industry relevant.
As the focus on custom and novel mouse models pushed the limits of existing technology, iTL developed a scientific platform to bring more capabilities to clients. Now it is taking the same pathway with its web portal.
“We have focused heavily on building and maintaining relationships with our clients in academia, research hospitals, pharma and biotech.” recalls Sheiffele. “Our website will become an extension of these important relationships, and I am very much looking forward to working with our clients to make it happen.”
